Independent Contractor Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is between JMB Auto LLC dba ChargeWash ("Company") and you ("Contractor").

Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee. Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

Contractor will provide mobile EV detailing services to customers assigned through the ChargeWash platform.

Contractor receives 75% of the service price. Payment is processed weekly via direct deposit or check.

Company provides EV charging equipment. Contractor provides detailing supplies and transportation.

Contractor must maintain general liability insurance covering their services.

Contractor agrees to indemnify Company from claims arising from Contractor's services or conduct.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice.
